Synergi’s participatory action research (PAR) project, based at the University of Manchester, is looking for African, Caribbean, South Asian and mixed heritage people with lived experience to be interviewed.
The research, which explores the life stories of ethnic minority people with severe mental distress and those who work with them, aims to understand the impact of various forms of inequality.
Biographical interviews of people living in Manchester will be conducted as audio recordings and will last from one to two hours. Participants will be compensated for their time and travel within Manchester.
