The Synergi Collaborative Centre is looking to recruit two new team members, a Project Manager and Research Assistant, for its award-winning project.
Both are part time roles at three days a week, and are fixed term appointments at 12 months, with the opportunity to be extended.
The project manager post will suit a candidate with high-level expertise in all aspects of administration and governance linked to research project management. They will also need to have an understanding of research processes and ethnic inequalities and severe mental illness literature, including knowledge of the related policy landscape and factors.
Synergi is also looking for a research assistant who is an ambitious and skilled researcher. They will work with the project team, and project partners, to oversee the day to day delivery of qualitative research of health systems interventions to reduce inequalities. This post would suit a candidate with mixed methods research skills, although qualitative methods in sociology or anthropology, applied in health systems, are also welcomed.
