Mel Larsen & Associates is undertaking an independent evaluation to identify the impact of Synergi’s delivery programme to gain an insight into how you, as subscribers, partners, collaborators and interested parties, see our work, purpose and strengths.
The short online survey, which contains only four questions, will help us focus our work in 2021. We are also interested in the broader landscape, such as national policy, as it relates to the causes and identifying solutions for the ethnic inequalities relating to severe mental illness and multiple disadvantage.
The deadline to complete the survey is by 10am, Monday 1st February 2021.
