The Synergi public survey on ethnic inequalities and severe mental illness has extended its deadline to Monday 31 December 2018 for service users and carers.
The survey, which will help Synergi help shape its future work programme, is seeking the opinions of carers and service users to help us put lived experience narratives centre stage in our work.
Covering topics such as racism, homelessness, housing, the criminal justice system, intersectionality, commissioning and health services, Synergi wants to reflect a range of views and experiences, including the wider public.

If you are a carer or service user-led organisation or group and require a hard copy of the survey, please email [email protected] or [email protected]. We maybe able to extend the deadline to the first week of January 2019.
